SHIPPING POLICY - TOXI-CG

SECTION 1 - DISPATCH AND PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. 

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
* Standard UK Delivery: 2-4 business days via Royal mail
* Express UK Delivery: 1-2 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are guidelines only. Toxi-CG is not liable for carrier delays, customs processing delays, or disruptions outside of our direct control.

SECTION 3 - RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you upon delivery (or upon transfer to the carrier if you are a business customer, though for UK consumers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods remain at our risk until physical possession of the goods is transferred to you or an agreed carrier chosen by you).

SECTION 4 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Toxi-CG is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
